The tint on mine is sprayed on at a paint shop, just a candy mix of black and clear. This is what I did with mine.

Nice job weasel, pics make it look fantastic. My 2 favorites are #6 & #9. You and that Pentax are getting on just fine.

Looks like you went with gloss black surrounds to the kidney grills, what did you do to the slats/louvres ??

Oh, forgot to mention ...

1) Why haven't you lowered your X?
2) Why are your 87s still not gunmetal yet?
3) How about a tiny, tiny, teeny bit of tint on the fogs?

1) Considering lowering, but not sure yet. (I always lifted trucks before)
2)I think the 87's being silver helps the whole truck not wash out in black, needs some contrast
3) planning on swapping to the projector fogs from the early X's and adding 6000k's to them. (not putting HID's in the open housing fogs in consideration to other drivers on the road)

NOOOOO!!!!!! Weasel, hold to your guns. Keep them silver. The contrast is what makes your X stand out from all the rest. Look at all the other blacked out X's and your stands way above them..... Gunmetal or black rims will just knock your X of the top, so hold tight, and keep the silver.

ooooops!!! just realized this is a hold thread...... but still keep the silver
