HELP Steering wheels squicks! Annoying

SO here is the thing : i noticed today in morning steering wheel became to squick,no matter what position i put it in. every time i turn it felt like i am rubbing plastic over something else. well anyway took it to the delaer they replace my 2002 x5 3.0i bushings with updated parts and noise became less. well anyway i still notice it and it came back. what to do? any suggestions? is it dangerous to drive like that?

it turns and handles same way as before,just annoying squick.
