Adjusting the camber will also negate handling aspects. The tires are tilted so that in a corner they become upright. Adjusting that will cause them to roll on the sidewall in a corner.

You can take some of the negative camber out, but my experience is that you'll still have -1.5 degrees at best. Same in the front.
Keep in mind that when you change the camber, you also change the toe setting. Just turning the camber concentrics causes your toe to be out of spec, which can cause other wear and handling issues.

OK.....So just leave it alone and deal with the tire wear?
 Because the 20" look bitchin...or if i adjust the camber then can I still get the tow straight or is it one or the other? or is there a happy place in the middle
