Air conditioner's unintelligible work

Well guys, it is difficult to explain everything for me in english but I'll try and hope that you can help me.
It's spring already and outside temp. grows up and I want my car's conditioner works good.
But I have some problem with it.
When I push AC button on klima compressor clutch is starting work but no cold is going... only after 10-15 min when engine rpm speed goes to 2500-3000 system starting work.
Today I refilled all system with new coolant was added 440 gram as on green sticker indicated.
But it works as before
compressor clutch twists but no cold...

of computer diagnostic showed first photo means before cold goes and the second one when system works great I mean cold is going.
I asked on Russia's bmw forum but nobody knows.
They advised to change coolant and I did it today unfortunately it didn't help.

Please advise what should it be?

Please note on data of pressure sensor it shows 1.1 when no cold and 1.6-1.7 when cold goes.
I've seen data today again and it shows 0.8 and only compressor clutch is twisting but system doesn't work.
Does it mean that compressor is broken or might be some gage?

What kind of pressure readings do you get? (PSI) Is the AUX fan working properly, coming on with the ac on?

I don't know in PSI but when AC doesn't work showing 4 bar, and when it works properly it shows 6-7 bar.
AUX fan works properly start working as soon as AC gets cold and doesn't work when no cold but compressor clutch is twisting

Can it be because of gage?

Yeah, I need a translator

The ac high side pressure does go really high and stop the system from cooling if the fan is not working. If it blows cold every time the fan is on but blows hot every time the fan is off then that is the cause of the ac cooling issue.

As to what stops the fan from coming on at times, that would require further diagnosis. If there is a shop with a GT1 or dealership around they would be able to see what the problem is.

Я вот думаю..да? может не стоит понимать как оно там работает и что его не пускает когда холодно на улице,он не расчитан охлаждать если на улице холодно,машина напичкана электроникой на электронике защита на защите.
Летом работает? ну и отлично,пользуйся и кайфуй,зачем же он зимой?

и к тому же ,в салоне есть датчик,да? после того как покатаешься температура поднимается и это даёт "добро" кондёру охлаждать,по такому же принцыпу как и отопление,но с отоплением проще,пока тосол не прогрелся,тепла хер есть,а с холодильником посложнее.Я что предполагаю...когда я читал инструкцию к обычному домашнему холодильнику с фризером,то там было написано,что для его нормальной работы нужна температура не ниже 16 или что-то около того градусов выше нуля иначе процес теплоотдачи или ешё какая-то херня не пашет как её спроектировали...вот и получается..т.к. конденсер и радиатор прикреплены друг к другу,то конденсер пока не нагрелся до минимальной приемлемой температуры не пашет и не при чём здесь датчики давления и т.п.
