I just removed my regulators, did mrbmwx5's copper wire treatment to prevent them from braking, tightened every bolt I could get my hands on...and the window still rattles when its down and the door is closed. I've actually had people mention it to me  The back doors don't have this problem, they have a nice solid sounding thud. I'm at a loss here.
