waterpump update

dealer called me yesterday and told me waterpump was replaced and tranny reflashed but car is not ready yet ..tranny reflash went ok but when they went to update the car computer after installing the waterpump the computer would not update so they would have to keep the car on the computer all night to see if it would update the car computer..the sa said that the cars computer would not re-boot...he said it is a fairly common occurance...let the fun begin....i am not getting a good feeling...i should have bought a trailblazer ss but it is to late now...

well you can always sell the x and get a trailblazer especially if you cant accept the fact that bmw have problems, especially with the new software that bmw just rolled out.
