not exactly the same but similar look  have 3 orange lines i think beside the projector;;;

The 745 headlights are not the same and will not fit the E53 platform. You will have better luck finding some good qualith aftermarket headlights that are made for your vehicle and have the look you want.

They would look ok, but they won't fit! You need to find headlights that are made for the X5.
