What's the part # for this?

Hi all,

While tracking a leak with the windshield cleaning system, I noticed one of the pipes going to the Intake Muffler has popped out. The "clip" that locks the pipe to the muffler has disappeared.

What is the part number for this "clip"? The most I could find was this but it mention the clip that I need. Or I should be able to get this from most of the 3rd party workshops?

I don't know how long it's been popped out for. What affects would this have caused? I recently noticed slightly higher fuel consumption and unstable engine idle. Could this be a reason?

Thanks.
