Instructions to changing 3.0L Spark Plugs?

I found the instructions for replacing the 4.4L spark plugs, but they don't seem to jive with the 3.0L. I've taken off the covers and figured out how to unplug the wire, but not sure how to get the coils off. I don't want to just pull on them without knowing for sure. Can anyone provide a link to instructions or provide me with the next step?

With the exception of some of the trim pieces (cabin filter housing), the rest should be the same (same engine).

coils just pull off!
3.0 sooo easy, exactly like other bmw I6...
