i got scammed by a member of x5 world and just not happy about it he said that he will send the fender flairs and front bumper together and all i got was a front bumper been asking for a couple of months whats has happened he cant give me a straight answer. i am pissed i will give the name of this member to people who ask because i dont want other people to get f**ked like i did. and if he reads this go f**k your self. oh by the way he said he's a man of his word i dont think he's even a man.

fuck this he wants me to ship the bumper back after painting it and installing it you know what guys we have to ban this loser

If you note the Xoutpost policy on purchases, it says "If you choose to purchase an item that you have found here in the classifieds then you do so at your own risk knowing fully that this is a private party transaction. You agree that Xoutpost is not responsible for any sales that do not turn out as you expected them to."

While you likely did not find whatever item you purchased via our classifieds since the seller is not a Premier Member, the same position applies.

Hopefully you paid with a mechanism that will allow you to dispute the charges. Good luck and I hope it all works out.

Next time don't wait a couple months. The paypal dispute window is closed, you may still have time with your credit card company.

Jim, sorry to hear about this. I recommend talking to your credit card company since paypal is sometimes of no help in a situation like this. Good luck!

Even if there's time with the CC company, they will refer back to Paypal policy as Paypal was the one who placed the charge on the CC.
