Coming into the Family; What are the "must have's"?

Hello Gentleman,

I am currently working a deal to get my hands on a 2006 4.8is Tiag / Black w/all factory options.

I was looking to know what some of the items that I should have immediately checked (already read about the Valvetronic Levelers) as well as must have modifications?

The 4.8 will be taking care of daily driver duty and will keep my 2004 e46 M3 company in the garage. (Also Taig, but on Imola and supercharged )

From the threads I have read thus far you guys seem pretty cool, Jan told me about this place and so far so good.

Oo, before I forget, I have one more additional question about interior trim. The SAV I am looking at has Silver Trim, I would much rather have the Black wood - is the dealer the only option for this? I cant seem to locate a 4.8 with it, only find Dark Walnut and Silver.

Thx in Advance - can't wait to get my new baby!!

-Carmen

TaMbALoLoNg is an unknown quantity at this point
There is very little more you can do on a 06-4.8is. Big one is warranty. We can take care of the rest when you get it. Good luck and Welcome.

I agree warranty is no 1; in Australia we are backed up by this. WELCOME
