Upgrading lights

I have a 03 4.6is and I want to ugrade the highbeam bulbs and the fogs. The manual says that the bulbs are HB3 for the highbeam and H3 for the fog lights. However, some have said the 03s are 9005 for highbeams and H11 for fog lights. Which one is correct?
