Reusable windshield sticker film thing

Does anyone know where I can find some sort of product that you put on the windshield and then you can put your parking sticker on there so no residue is left on there if you need to remove the sticker

I usually get them from any the Petrol stations, but that's in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan... not sure about USA ;-)

get your parking sticker laminated, then you can just use tape to stick it on, or even a little suction cup with a hook.
