Cool man good luck! I hate when that crap happens. BMW is known for making all sorts of little changes year after year. It's tough.

Sending Zomk's light back for a refund. The guy told me that he cannot guarantee that a replacement will work fine so I decided just to return them.

Also, I just ordered another pair but from GT-Racers website. They are also Sonar lights. Hopefully I will have more luck with them, if not I might try a resistor but I really dont want to put something in my trunk that generates allot of heat...

i just ordered my LED tails from Zomkspeed too... their real business name is unionracers?? strange... anyhow hopefully i don;t have the same flicker problem as i have a 2000 X5 4.4i

I hear the flickering only happens on '03 and up models.......

I got this lights from the third link you got there two weeks ago. The wiring was all wrong and nothing worked. I tested it and realized I had to rotate the wires (right wires go to left side, left wires go to right side) everything works good now and it looks amazing. I love the way it looks, i just thought the led ones might look too after marketish.
I took the picture with my iphone so its not the greatest pic.
