Headligh Bulbs

I've been reading all these threads but I really don't understand the difference between projectors, xenon, and HID. I have the lights that self level I believe. I don't really care what kind they are, all I want is the HB's and the fog's to match the blue color of the LB's. So I went downtown and bought these Hella bulbs. It said xenon blue color on the box and the bulbs looked blue so I bought them over the silverstars. I popped them in and the HB's are still yellow after I just dropped 40 bucks on bulbs.

I don't care about the functionability of the fogs, I just want them to be blue so they match. The HB's I care about them being bright, but I'll take the matching color over the visibility projection anyday.

Can someone please offer me some guidance on how this can be done? 02 4.4i
