Just thought of something regarding the jerking and skipping I'm experiencing. Could it be the transfer case, that you all speak of in other posts? I recall a time or two, maybe even three, where I stop the car and took the key out in a gear other than Park. I thought it was a bit odd and assumed that I was in park because I was able to take the key. I'd put the key in to restart and go about my way and the car wouldnt start, Im like oh shit whats going on and look at my gear and see it in another gear other than park, ie.... drive reverse or neutral. Id throw the car in park, reinsert the key and the car would start. What say you all? I shouldnt be able to remove the key in any gear other than park, should I?
