Need Help for a Friend Possibly Purchasing 2006 4.8is

Hi all! I have a friend who is looking to buy a CPO 2006 4.8is and is going this coming weekend to look it over. I am starting a list of possible issues for him to look for when purchasing this vehicle. If anyone can help me out with the list I would greatly appreciate it.

I would look under the car for any leaks. Also drive the car when it's been sitting out all night and see if the shifting is smooth. Most importantly, carefully take your time and look at every little thing at the car. When we bought our CPO X5 I found a bunch of little things that needed to be replaced.

Thanks for the help. I have stressed on the shifting because I had the problem with the slamming rear end when stopping and starting. BMW actually replaced my transmission on this but I haven't really had a whole lot go wrong so I am not sure of the more common issues on the '06 4.8is. Thanks again!
