2004 X5 - CD / iPod / Satellite In-Dash Unit, question!
My fiance has a 2004 BMW, without a nav. Is there any system she could get that would replace the current cd bay with a new module that allows cds, ipod and satellite radio? Any info / links you could give me would be great!

You could retrofit XM or Sirius and add a DiceLink or iPodYourBMW. BMW Audio, BMW iPod, Speakers, Subwoofers, & more | BSW: Bavarian Soundwerks If she has a changer I'm pretty sure you have to disconnect it.
You don't need to remove the CD module though.
