Angle Eye Wiring (again!)...please help!!!

YES!.... I KNOW! This question has been tossed around here before, but I STILL do not have my angel eyes illuminated. The setup is a simple plug'n play install; just connect them to the DRLs.... Well that's just great! My car is not equipped with DRLs?!? How do I connect them?

As you can see my wires are pretty short to reach all the way to the ECU...what else would I need to buy?

Same gauge wires at Radioshack as extentions ran from these points to ECU, that's all. (red one to ECU and the black one to a random bolt on the frame of the X, of course)
