Upper Radiator hose leak

Hey Everyone,
Just replaced my upper radiotor hose not too long ago. Had a dime sized hole in it. Used BMW spec radiator fuild with distilled water and all and flushed.

Now a new problem. It appears that there is a leak just under where the hose connects, leaking down the radiator. Has anyone experienced this? Could is be a faulty rad hose? I pulled it off and tried to re-seat is on the radiator and still have the same problem.

HELP! and thanks.

Marcel
