vibrating at red stop

my x5 3.0i is a little bit vibrating at the red stop only, it doesn't have this problem before. Please advise.

So are you saying it vibrates at a red light? Can you explain more, what vibrates? Steering wheel, front, rear, etc.

Does it do the same in park or neutral?

I can feel vibrating when i touch at the seat, mirror, steering wheel, shifting handle,...
It only does at reverse, drive . It doesn't in park or neutral?

Check engine mounts ... I had the same problem, replaced both of them, the car is completely different!

Yes it is not an easy task ... you have to lift the car up and remove some parts to reach them ... here is how they look like on my 4.4 (part #8) ...

Start by having the suspensions inspected, mounts to follow. I would definitely have it checked out prior to doing any 'replacing'.

Thank you all for your advise, I definitely look into it mounting and suspensions...
I just did the search on this site, I typed "vibrate red stop" I read some advise about the "crankcase breather valve"...What is crankcase breather do or relate to any vibrating?

Your car look awsome. my car is x5 3.0, do you know they have the pipe tail exhase look like yours.

My vibrates too - indy mechanic told me I was overdue to replace my engine mounts.
