Spark Plug Question which ones???

I want to replace my spark plugs in my 4.4i. I was thinking about putting the Denso iridium plugs in but i've heard putting anything bu the factory plugs in is a no no. Whats been peoples experiences with plugs?

we used Bosch Platinum +2 without issue.

I just replaced mine at 71K kms (44K miles) with NGK Iridiums (BKR6EIX) and I'm happy with them.

I've used Denso Iridiums on my E46 and it worked great. The stock ones on my E46 were the same as the E53 (NGK Platinum 4 - BKR6EQUP).
