Question is now what does the black and green 'low voltage' looking wire do on the fan power connector. It's the smallest of the 3 wires. I think this is my problem. Also I can not get the fan to even attempt to spin now applying voltage directly to it but I believe that 3rd connecting wire has something to do with that.
