GA6HP26Z - Big problem with automatic transmission fluid

Hello,
Maybe someone could have a solution from this kind of problem.
I've got a E53 3.0d 2005 with this model of transmission GA6HP26Z. Firstly I saw that the housing of the pan where the torx are where some leaks. I decided that I will check and screw tight all 21 of torx. And one of them was twisted and some piece of this torx has fall down and rest of this torx stay in the thread. And from this hole the transmission fluid has coming out. After two hours of leaking (about 0.5L value of the leak) I unscrew the rest of this torx and srew a new one. Than I wanted to fill up the ATF I bought an original ATF from BMW dealer. But firstly I thought that the filling screw is under the pan gasket see the pict 1

but it wasn't. I put the big screw out and oil started to drain. But I manage to put a container and fill with this draining oil. And from this thing I have lost about 2 litres of oil. After this I have found a spare parts catalog from ZF web site here is the link: http://www.zf.com/na/content/media/i...28_Catalog.pdf

and found a description where is the filling screw.
You can see it on this picture below

And according to the description of the zf manual on the page 7 it is a 100% filling screw.
After reading this I pull out this filling screw and to my amazement the oil started coming out of this hole but it shouldn't. But is it possible if the reason of that, that the oil was coming out of the filling screw (but it shouldn't) was that, that I have checked the level of the ATF oil on the cold engine and cold oil in the gearbox. Because car hasn't been using for 4 days. And maybe all the oil has leak to the pan gasket and nothing is in the rest of the system in gear like P or D or 1,2,3.
What I have to do??
Could I try to start the engine, turn on the AC and select gears D,P,N,R,1,2,3,4 with engine running at idle speed but I am worried if the transmission is out off 2,5 L of oil is this won't hurt the gearbox??
thanks for any reply
best regards
