need headlights. cant get mine open.

i have a 2003 x5 the headlights are not the ones i can open. i have tryed but no can do. its the glue that will not let it open. im looking for a nice set of headlights. i like the OEM lights after the covers are remover from over the headlights. i would not mind installing the angel eyes. but all the ones on ebay look like poop. any ideas on where i can get a good set. thanks

Rabbit, I agree 100% with what you said in your original post, and am surprised that there aren't more sources for OEM style headlights sans reflectors. Unfortunately there still don't seem to be any solutions for people who feel the same way and have xenon's from the factory! Good luck with your new headlights!

Headlight change

Its my understanding that you cant change the Faceplate
of US models, only European or out of the Country Vehicle have Glass faceplates, so you want be abel to change yours like the saudi can, they have different regulation than the US for Headlights. Only out of country if you get em shipped here. Dont play with the US laws.

Good Luck
Kuddel

yes i know, Essam showed me a great place to buy some. i called them and will have them waiting on me when i get home. it comes with HID lights and if you x5 does not come with HID's it has a optional box to add to keep your x5 from throwing a code.
