Best X5 yet

Hi all,

I am a newbie to this forum & I want to share my experiences with you as a previous X5 owner.

We collected our new X5 3.0d Sport Exclusive Edtition yesterday.
We traded in a Cayenne Turbo due to the appalling fuel consumption & running costs of the vehicle.

I have owned two X5 3.0i Sports vehicles 2001/2002 MY.

The X5 has improved no-end since those early editions which I thought were very good at the time.

There are now some nice additions to the vehicle, steering wheel is better/chrome rings around the dials, pana roof, nappa leather seats just to name a few.

The diesel although brand new was turning in 30mpg's yesterday against the Cayenne's 14mpg's.

Overall I have to say, it doesn't drive like a Cayenne Turbo (as you would expect) but the whole package is excellent & I don't regret the move one little bit.

Combo: Stratus Grey/Ecru Individual Nappa Leather
