The 0-60 is about the same (5.1) but the 1/4 mile is 13.6 (0.2 behind the E46 M3) which is faster than the 15.1 1/4 mile of the 4.6is.

I drive the 335's quite often at work, and they are amazing pieces of work! You should go test drive one just for fun... seriously!

modded.. is whole another story... my modded 335i with no traction can easily run a 12.2 1/4 mile and it looks completely stock.

Nobody told me, including my girl, that she borrowed my car to kick your X5's butt. You have my deepest apologies as, if I were the one driving I wouldn't have raced at all.

I'm currently retired from racing since when I had my '92 Corrado VR6 SLC and this Toyota MR2 had to race me that i used to see all the time pulled up next to me and revved. I blew the doors off of him and as we came to a traffic light in Tallahassee, FL. at Tharpe Street, even though I was slowing and he had clearly lost he still had to pass me and then lost control of the car and slammed directly into the adjacent retention wall across the intersection and totalled his car and his chances of getting some from the girl in the passenger's seat. Tough Break kid!

I still remain undefeated and a loyal member of the Car Acrobatic Team!

Serves him right...he should have gone German!

Anybody else see the Speed Racer commerical with Speed in the GTI, he was right as well. Pops Racer just couldn't compete and neither could the MR2. Oh well! Memories...
