left rear door problem
Hi guys! Please give me your thoughts about my left rear door problem. The door lock is not going up when the remote door opener was pressed, so i have to manually open it through the driver's door, but since I normally use my car myself most of the time, it is not that annoying. It works only if I locked the car, what is usually the problem? Do I need to replace a part, What is that part? Or something was just disconnected? Thanks!

you need to replace the door lock actuator. the lubricant in the old ones freeze up in cold weather or its just getting old

Take a look at this post. It's not the exact same problem but covers removing the door panel and removing the lock to investigate. It discusses the front door but the rear doors are similar.
