Many have

It works great! I just spoke with another customer who ordered the kit today. Easy install and the sound quality is great!

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Since you asked.....

How easy is the install?

Where does it get installed?

I have a 2000 X5 with Nav, does it work with it?

Installs at the CD connection in the trunk. Quick wire route up front and plug in whatever you want

Check this PDF to see exactly what you would be doing(we also have a video):

Charges as well. Gives you text display, steering wheel controls. You can browse by track, playlist, artist or album.

Or switch it to just control from the iPod itself Or iPhone. Whichever you prefer!

So the Auxiliary Input Kit that the original poster linked to does text display and steering wheel control? What additional benefits does the more expensive DICE Integration kit give then?

The AUX is actually just audio. It does not charge or text.

It is the most basic integration that is available with just audio

In watching the video of the DICE Silverline in action, the display response time seems painfully slow. If I want to get to the 118th of 250 albums on my iPod using the Dice system, do I have to press the button that many times and wait for each press, or is there some sort of fast scroll?

Perhaps the text part is best left for identifying a song title? I can see having the ability to skip songs via the wheel or stereo as being nice.

Cheers.
