I need longer M14 x 1.25 bolts. Having said that, this is what I was able to find from the www.turnermotorsport.com website. Granted, It doesn't actually state that these bolts fit E53, however, it states that they also fit the MINI. I've read somewhere that Mini Coopers have the same lug bolts as the E53. Can anybody validate this?

Wheel Lug Bolt for BMWs - Black - Standard & Extended Lengths (Sold Individually) Wheel Lug Bolt for BMWs - Black - Standard & Extended Lengths (Sold Individually)
Part #: BMW-BLACK-WHEEL-BOLT
Applications: 1982 - 2009 (E30 E32 E34 E24 E28 E36 E39 E46 E90 E60 MINI)
Whether you are looking to replace your old stock wheel lug bolts, or need longer bolts to accommodate wheel spacers or for other special considerations, our black wheel bolts are probably what you need. They are high grade (10.9) and feature a durable black finish. These are 12 x 1.5mm bolts with a 17mm head -- as used on most BMWs.

The standard length wheel bolts are for stock BMWs, and the longer length bolts are listed below (select your length with the drop down box) with the size / thickness wheel spacers they are suitable for. Longer wheel bolts are only 20 cents more than standard, and are available in lengths to work with spacers up to 25mm thick. Please select your desired length below (default is the standard/stock BMW length bolt).

Sorry, I have no idea. I fundamentally disagree with the use of spacers, since they put fashion ahead of function. Thus, I would never use them. Good luck in your search though.

Well, they won't fit an E53, since they are M12 bolts, and the E53 uses M14 bolts.

So if I wanted to add 10mm spacers on the front I would need longer bolts w/Diameter & Thread Pitch of 14x1.5mm & Thread Lenght of 55mm?

I am doing the same spacer set up as well. Just ordered the spacers and waiting on delivery.

I found these to cover the silver studs.

Please post were you get the longer studs from.
Thanks

Can anyone confirm if this is correct (RE: 14x1.5mm w/thread lenght of 55mm?) if I'm adding 10mm spacers to the front.

According to RealOEM:

E53 has PCD5x120 centre bore 72.5mm and M14x1.5 bolt thread.

E70 uses PCD5x120 centre bore 74.0mm and M14x1.25 bolt thread.

thanks in advanced.

Well thank you all for your valued input. Nevertheless, I finally figured it out by myself.

The stock X5 lug bolts are M14 X 1.5/SW19MM w/33mm shank length.

Therefore what I need in order to add 10mm spacer to my front wheels is a longer 43mm bolt (33mm + 10mm = 43mm), H&R's part# 1454301.

I've already installed the 25mm spacers in the rear (see below). I'm now waiting for the longer bolts to arrive so I can add the 10mm spacers in the front.

Once completed, I'll post pictures.
