One way is to rip the dash up and find where they tapped it into. Sometimes they'll put a fuse in-line the tap, so maybe that blew. The stealer probably won't fix it, unless you're nice to them, since it is an aftermarket. Good luck
You might want to check the cigar lighter fuse, that'll be the easiest to tap into. |

Im with swingkat, most phone kits have at least two inline fuses, one for the permanent 12v supply and one for the ignition supply (turns the phone one when you turn ignition). i`ve fitted a couple of nokia kits and they had fuses as I mentioned. they were very low rating fuses too so this could well be the answer.
