Hey everybody. Need a miracle. Check Brake Lining indicator came on ('03 X5), brakes and rotors were serviced, sensors replaced. Since then the indicator randomly trips, and
nobody knows why (2 mechanics, 1 dealer mechanic). I know the reset techinique with the key, but this only works for a day or 2 before it trips again. Again, the entire brake system is new and functional.
The most recent mechanic to study it believes it could be "the board", some sort of electronic misfire in the cluster. He seemed to notice the angle of the truck when parked plays a role. Hoping not, as this is pricey. Any ideas?
