Well, Dawg, my Falkens are behaving funny on wet braking... seems they got dried up... I believe the struck had a few month stop before getting shipped to here...

So, guys guys guys: an update:

Yesterday I went to a local shop to ask about the Nitto 420S... as I entered the shop, here they were.... standing on the rack with a halo around them... what can I say, i stood speachless, and thought i heard the "halleluya" song... oh yes, I thought we don't have them in Lebanon, but what do you know? it seems we have everything! Here stood before me the glorious VREDESTEIN SESSANTA.... and suddenly i remembered richrich, and imagined him nodding his head and tapping on my back saying: go for it!!

They are made on 3408 (is that ok?) and since my average drinving speed with all the city communiting is around 30km/h, and my setup is 18 all around, i think they gonna last some 50Kmiles... that's all what i am asking for!!

So next weekend i go camping, and the next monday i'm pulling the trigger...
oh, and about the price, it's 800 USD installed and having those lead stuff for vibration avoidance (don't know the english word)

not big into brie, but will concede the rest - used to run Vredestein on my '75 280Z - GREAT TIRE! Again excellent wet weather tire. Road & track did big comparison test back them and they were #1 for wet pavement braking, 2nd in dry. I keep forgetting to look for them here in the USA, as they really aren't advertised (as far as I've seen) - plus my Michelin dealer really treats me right
