I'd be willing to bet dollars to pesos you will get about 80% saying 4.8is... you are on an X5 forum afterall.

The SRT8 is great for straight line performance, but lacks the fit and finish of the interior and exterior as well as all the great handeling characteristics that make the BMW really shine through what it is.

The Rover is a decent vehicle, but can have even enough problems to make the BMW look much better, and still doesn't have the handeling/fit and finish of the 4.8is.

BMW wins this comparison in my book.

seems like a question best asked on a forum not dedicated to any of the 3 in your list.

Really a question to be asked of ones self, depending on what you want/need in a vehicle. Each of the choices are better at something and/or worse at something. Varies with personal need.

SRT 8's interior is made completely out of cheap feeling plastic..(nice exhaust note though)

RR HSE... way overpriced.

if there's a choice...

go for the 4.8, as some would say, nicest balance of athleticism and luxury

I would guess if people are on the X5 forum, they probably love X5's so you probably should ask the Jeep or Range Rover forums what they think and I bet the will not say the BMW.

In the order that you listed That Range is really sweet though...could almost be a tie for first.
