I turn off the recirc, I usually use the A/C for quick defrost but after a while it comes back. I'm going on long two hour drives. I basically have tried what everyone has said. I was just hoping there might be a trick or so. Thanks for everyones inputs.

I've kept the AC on continously for 4 hour trips and it never fogged up. That's through 4 hours of snow and rain. The only time I use recirculation is when the car is first started to heat or cool it quickly, or when I'm behind a stinky vehicle.

Window fogging on the inside occurs when moisture (humidity) carried in the warm interior air condenses on the cold glass. Only 2 ways to solve the problem. Dehumidify the interior air by either turning on A/C (or letting in cold, dry exterior air), or heating up the glass via electric defroster or heated vents blowing on the glass.

Like a previous poster mentioned, I also don't like to drive continuously with the front windshield defroster on max. I ensure the A/C is on and choose the vent settings for both windshield (up arrow) and feet (down arrow) and then control fan speed. I only do this when it is necessary...most of the time AUTO seems to work fine...
