Couple questions for a new member.

I recently purchased a 2006 X5 3.0i for my wife, and I have more fun working with it than with my own car. I have these questions:
1. The controls on the steering wheel, are they suppose to be lit at night?
2. Is there an LED bulb replacement option for the lights in the door handles? And if so, does anyone have a site I could find them?
3. Our X is not staggered, and we have 18" OEM's now. I'd like to run 20" with a lower profile (not ghetto looking, just to get rid of the clown wheel look).
4. What do most of you clean the dash with? Reason I ask, is it seems everything I use, the dash still doesn't look clean.
