Awhile back I saw one on ebay that matched the lines of the dash MUCH better than the one in the picture-which was the other option I was deciding between.

I ended up not even installing the double din unit because it was just hard to justify in this vehicle.

Completely unrelated- m5James, you sure your TLR puts down 135HP? sweet bike but that sounds really high...

Look at my install thread. I used a bracket from Home depot used for decking and it fit perfect. They are fairly cheap so if you make a mistake then you can just buy another. I hope this helps.

I'm confused why you are answering...

20+ horsepower out of exhaust? My RC51 doesn't even put down numbers like that!

2002 Suzuki TL1000R

I've dynoed it once out in Everett at the dealership right off 99 and Everett Mall Way, but hell I can remember the name of it or find the damn sheet. It's got...

M4 full exhaust
Gutted airbox w/flapper valves removed
K&N filter
Charging/grounding mod to the motor and injectors - Suzuki wiring sucks, people have noted upwards of 5hp improvements this way
Upgraded FH012 regulator/rectifier - as of today I've noticed that I've definately gotten better gas mileage w/ the increased spark output and voltage
Manual fan switch and power outlet wired in
Double bubble windscreen
HH pads
Yoshimura Box Power Programmer
Tail risers so the back end doesnt' hug the tire so much anymore
Removed all emissions items (pair valve, PCV vented to atmosphere
Timing retard eliminator
Down 1 in the front, up two in the rear
1/5th throttle insert
Pilot Power CT2's front/rear
Literally 25+lbs of just general crap removed from random places on the bike

On one of Sobi's trips to Boise, he's come by my place and I helped him installed his angel eyes and detailed his X for him. BTW, that reminds me...I've still never posted those pics of how we got the angel eyes to float in the bezel!

I almost got an RC51 instead...a lot more aftermarket choices and same intoxicating sound. I just got this bike for a screaming deal, so I'm very happy w/ it. I'm just going off what i've found on the net, but i've got to be at least somewhat close, give or take, to 135 w/ my mods. She'd be faster if my 245lbs fat ass wasn't on it though
