Front end clunk? low speed bumps :-( HELP !!!

So i noticed clunks over small bumps, when driving slow. If i drive fast over same bumps no clunk. So also if i grab the roof rails and put car up and down fast,i can hear clunk noise from front,i took a closer look and it looks like it coming from the middle. Any ideas? Ball joints and control arms looks good. Any help appreciated.

I know you said they look find, however that very much sounds like bad sway bar links.

Sway bar links can look fine from visual inspection but they can still make a ton of noise. Jack up and secure the vehicle remove the wheels and see if you can find free play in the links, they should be very stiff and hard to wiggle, if not, you found the problem.

Weasel will become famous soon enough
If the clunk is felt when going up and dow curbs and over speed bumps, and at speeds under 20 when jabbing the brakes for a second... most likely going to be thrust rod bushings. The sway bar links would not cause a clunking that could be felt, but a clicking that is only heard.

How about you bring your car to the dealer and check for needed services or check car for roadtrip? If the dealer wants your business they'll check it over for free. Heck pay for an oil change $85 bucks. Don't give me that stealer crap either, Nobody here can tell you what it is unless it's on a rack or we drive it.

When jabbign brakes,no clunks nothing. Just when driving up and down curbs and over speed bumps,i can hear it,like a clunk(sometimes like knock double). No clunks nothing when driving fast speed, car stops great no extra noise. Bushings not worn. ANy ideas? BMW took a look, and they not sure what it is.

i have the exact same problem now... It's currently at 130K km's. i will have mine in at Nixon within the next month as i got a new key from them too... i will have them look at the problem as well. I explained it to them over the phone they told me it could tie rods/thrust rod bushings/ or even suspension. We'll see what it is. After this, I might do a Dinan Supercharger. $12K CAD. maybe the best money spent?
