Aha, thanks so much.
I will try that as soon as I get the radio module fixed (power switch suddenly stopped working). I suppose I will then need to get a 'TV in Motion' cable, if I want to use this input to listen to my mp3 player whilst driving? In which case, maybe it's better to just install the BMW aux-in module. thanks again. PS. Cleaning the car today

Hey does anyone have the part number for that. I am going to be retrofitting nav soon. I would like to add that as possibly aux 3 global input to my rear seat entertainment.
