Suspension advice

I have an 01 X5 with sport package and nearly 105k miles. I recently replaced four struts/shocks, all original parts. I didn't replace the front springs on the recommendation of people in this forum and my mechanic. Supposedly they don't wear out... I'm still not sure about that. I also had the thrust rod bushings replaced due to wheel shimmy last year.

The ride feels much better but still not the same as I remember when I first got it. Which other suspension components would be in need of replacement at this point? other bushings, sway bars, etc? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
