E60 M5 Hamann Catalyst in 2004 E53 4.4i?

hi

A friend of mine selling his Hamann M5 E60 Catalyst, will it fit my 2004 X5 4.4i N52 Catalyst system?

I tried searching, couldnt find the right answer...thanks in Advance.
