I can't help you. I bought mine with 82,000 miles and now it has 95,000. My idler pulleys are worn out so as he said while I'm in there I'm going to replace the hoses, waetr pump, thrmostat, belts, I'll be checking my expansion tank etc too. I have gotten prices of $1500 to $2000 to do all this work. I'll do it myself when I have control. for around $325 or so. As was said earlier I would do it at 60,000 miles to avoid the tow and being at the mercy of a dealer near the breakdown. |

Generx, yeah, rains hit us pretty bad last week. Three storms threatening us again.
Anyway, I degress. Thanks for thee input Ghost. The 47k of my car was spent in Northern California and it got into Manila last week. If you guy are saying that normal maintenance would be at 60K, given the climate and driving conditions here, I'll probably change it at 50K just to be sure.
