Is Bavarian Soundwerks (BSW) still in business?

I've been trying to reach them all week and all I get is an automated greeting that puts me on hold indefinitely. I've left 2 voicemail messages too but have yet to get a reply. Not their usual way of doing business. Need a part for my Bluetooth installation I got from them last year.

Please shoot me a PM with the best number to reach you at. I did get a voicemail from my assistant Jeremy but the number provided rings endlessly and never connects to voicemail. Don't know if that is a problem on our end or your end.

I will have the owner check into the phone system. It should not be putting you on 'hold' endlessly. It should automatically ring Sales/Me when you call in. We also are not 'huge' and it is just me and Jeremy on the phones on a daily basis so sometimes we do both get on the phones for extended periods of time.

Thanks Halston. Not sure what the issue is. You guys have always been extremely responsive whenever I've ordered product or called with a technical question. That's why it surprised me this week that I haven't been able to get through to anyone all week. I'll also reply to your email with my best contact info.
