Extended Warranty for X5

Hi Guys,

I own 2006, X5. I got 44K miles on it. My current BMW warranty is expiring in Jan 2010. I need some advice for extended Warranty. I cannot get BMW extended Warranty because I bought this vehicle from Private Party , not certified.

There are so many companies out there in this business, getting confused. Did anyone buy extended warranty for BMW? Which is is good?

I bought some kind of warranty long time back for my Nissan Maxima. When I call them after 2 years to get something fixed, I found that company is closed and filed bankruptcy.

So I don't want to repeat same thing again

Any suggestion/advice
