How to remove passenger mirror glass

Well, my passenger side mirror is on the fritz (again). She seems to have a mind of her own. When I go into reverse, sometimes the mirror goes down, and most of the time, the mirror just freezes or goes up and down repeatedly. I'm thinking the mirror motor is toast. Had it fixed at a local indy shop early last year. The dealer wants roughly $525, and priced the memory drive motor for $150 online from BMW.

My main concern is how to remove the mirror glass from the mirror assembly without breaking it. Is it tough to do? Any pointers?

Thanks,
Daniel
