Electrical issue

So I still can't find a short, bad fuze, relay or jelly doughnut causing my issues.

1. Main and passenger footwell lighter plugs don't work.

2. Console telephone has no power.

3. Auto headlights will come on in tunnels, but don't turn off (sometimes even after manual switch to off) they'll come back on in full daylight.

4. Brake wear sensor has kicked on but new brakes/sensors (I feel like something else triggered it)

5. New fully charged battery but sometimes switch R will show 10.5v to 11v (random)

6. OF code doesn't show up as a valid code online...

Any of you electrical gurus have a clue about my current shit show?

Did happen all at same time? sounds like you might have a couple of different problems or maybe even ignition switch ??.

All but the brake sensor happened after taking out the console, but I can't find where I screwed up or broke something

A fairly common problem is the wires rub through at the hinge point for the lid but that doesn't explain everything. Try working then armrest lid up and down and see if anything (especially lights) reacts.

andrewwynn will become famous soon enough
do you have an aftermarket stereo?

if so, I will check if any of the bundles of wire involved with hooking that up got tangled while you were working on the console

introduce a short in the wrong place and you’ll kill a boss and a whole bunch of stuff fails.

Tis will help you find commonality. which connectors to which modules.

critical circuits running under the console

While I was researching where I could find and connect into the IBUS, to use my stand-alone Android tablet (dash-mounted) without removing the non-Android radio, I decided to use the IBUS wire that resides in the harness with the X4545 connector. I never got the Resler module, nor the app, yet, but at least I know where to find the IBUS wire nearby, under the console.

EODguy, comparing your photo to my reference photo, it looks like you might've damaged the X4545 and/or the X01049 harnesses. X4545 with the IBUS, and X01049 with the eject box (phone) wiring.

Some resolutions (kinda)

Pinched harness under console was the reason for intermittent central locking not working.

Dead lighter plugs in console and passenger footwell was a USB adapter.... When plugged in console port adapter worked and the other didn't, but if swapped to other adapter, etc ports were dead. Adapter was somehow allowing a short in it to keep the main lighter plug on but any other item was dead it blew a fuze.

Obd2 has power now but the T-car adapter is nuked now. (Doesn't sleep)

Stereo reset to 100% factory settings so there was some short that caused that..

Waiting for new BT dongle to verify connectivity.
