Just because you have that button does not mean that you have the UFL or TCU needed for Bluetooth ability. Look at the Bluetooth forum for more info.

Once u activate ur bluetooth on ur phone go in your X and u connect with your bmw12345 (12345 that will be ur last 5 of ur vin) then you should have a passcode provided by bmw.. put that in ur phone and voila ur connected!
that pic of the phone button on the radio acts as a send/end. dial the # and press that phone icon and it dials out. ends the call when u press it again. Hope that helps. try it

Mine also on a card in the owners handbook.You should also have the code stamped on the actual bluetooth module on the left side beneath the cd changer in the trunk.
