You need to clarify a few things. Stock hitch receiver (2")? Are you looking for a stock black BMW cover or aftermarket?
If you have the stock receiver you can buy them anywhere, from Walmart to Autozone or from an RV Dealer.

If you want to stay OEM looking, go to Walmart and buy a black plastic/rubber cover made by Reese. That's what I did and it blends nicely with the black lower valance. I've also seen chrome ones and they're available at RV dealers. Rv dealers or truck accessory shops have lots to choose from. You want a 2" size, which is pretty much all there is out there anyway.
