Exhaust X-pipe

I have decided what kind of tips to go with. But now I dont know if I should install an X-pipe. Does is give it better performance, or better exhaust note?

On a V8 it makes for great sound, don't know about a 3.0.

I just installed it on my 3.0 and it improves the exhaust note just slightly. Unnoticeable from inside but outside it sounds better. But I want something louder so now I am looking at a exhaust upgrade.

Did you remove the resonators and/or a CAI?

When you install the Xpipe it replaces your resonator. And yes I have AFe CAI.

That's strange because another member posted a video of his 3.0 after the X-pipe/tips and CAI. It sounds A LOT more aggressive.

You sure he doesn't have different exhaust all together?? or mufflers? the difference is only noticeable from outside...even in my case with a 4.4 while im driving is slightly louder but nothing really special..
