2006 4.8is alignment questions
First one was Design Condition, Front right. The measured value was 720 and the target was 724+/-2. Not far off, but I am not familiar with this measurement, and would like to know if this is something I should ask about. All other wheels were measured at 724, the targeted value. Second was the Caster, Front right. The measured value was 6 degrees 30 minutes, and the target was 7 degrees 06 minutes with a max difference of +/- 30 minutes. This measurement did not change between before and after. It appears they didn't touch it. The left came in at 6 degree, 54 minutes and did not change either. Again, is this something I should ask about? Thanks in advance. |

I can't help with the specifics but I can say that I had repeated difficulties aligning my 2005 4.8iS. This was odd to me because of the ten or so BMW's I've owned including an E36 and 46 M3 and a E60 545 sport this was the only car that I had to align repeatedly.
